After having her baby, whilst on maternity leave, Kim sets up Signature Marketing, an online marketing agency working with small business owners and collaborating with marketing teams on social media campaigns for brands like Groupon, John Lewis and the NHS

As well as running a marketing agency, Kim also trains property investors on how to market their short term accommodation to grow their revenue through direct bookings using Facebook Ads and Google Search Ads. At this point each member of the team is running their own businesses successfully bringing in a combined six-figure income.

What services do you offer and to who?
We offer WordPress web-design, Product package design, Social Media branding design and management and we manage all aspects of Paid Advertising.
We work with small start-ups in the Beauty, Hospitality and Legal industries because this is where we have a combined 30 years experience in either because we have our own businesses in those industries or we have worked with clients in those industries. This way, you know you are working with true experts who are up to date with what works and what doesn’t.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You have two options when working with us; we can work on a per project basis or on a monthly agreement.
If you work with us on a per project basis, you pay us once for a particular service.
If you work with us on a monthly agreement, we will bill you monthly in advance for particular services. If you’d rather we don’t bill you for the following month, all it takes is an email 7 days before the next billing date is due.

Do you outsource any part of your service?
No. Everything we offer is done in-house so you always have one point of contact from start to finish.

How quickly will I start seeing results?
This depends on a lot of factors like budget, timing, channels being used and competitors, however we always give a guideline of 3 months before you can truly see the benefits. The good news is before we start work, we will agree on goals we have to reach within a specified time. We understand that new businesses are reluctant to work with marketing agencies, that’s why we offer a full money back guarantee if we don’t reach our agreed goals within the agreed time-frame.
